Terberg Matec UK Limited, based at  Worksop in Nottinghamshire have taken delivery of three Dennis Elite 2's with midlift axle chassis modifications supplied and fitted by Wheelbase Engineering Limited. 

The Wheelbase Engineering Limited conversion takes the original vehicle in question, with a wheelbase of 5600 mm and fit a special narrow track drum braked, leading third axle and 295/60R x 22.5 wheels and tyres resulting in an increased gross vehicle weight from 18000kgs to 23000kgs.

The vehicle illustrated above, after being fitted with a Terberg top loading, recycling body, will be going into service with Wealden District Council.
