Everyone is familiar with the semi trailer and all of its uses, however it is not just the 13.6 metre box van or curtainside application the interests us, as it is the special application and unusual that often attracts us or brings our capabilities to the attention of the bodybuilder and operator requiring something bespoke to them.
Bespoke build trailers are required in many situations by operators and bodybuilders to accommodate unique pieces of equipment or special applications where the chassis has to meet a very specific design and build criteria. At first thought it might be difficult to think of examples that fit into this category, but it is not long before the list starts for register, small urban, low loaders, health screening units, expendable’s, beaver tails, step frames, tanks and the list goes on.
